Payment Plan Agreement
The Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf (RAD) Conference 2027 offers a payment plan to help attendees pay their registration fee over time.
RAD offers two (2) payment plan options. All payments must be made through Zeffy.
General Terms:

All registration payments are nonrefundable.

Registration is confirmed only after the full balance has been paid.

All payments must be submitted through Zeffy.

Once you select Option A or Option B for the layaway payment plan, your selection constitutes your agreement to the Layaway Payment Plan Terms and Conditions. No signature is required
If the registration balance is not paid in full before the current registration period ends, the remaining balance will automatically increase to the next registration rate.
Members and Non-Members Pricing:

Summer Rate – $300 (July 1 – Sept 30, 2026)

Fall Rate – $350 (Oct 1 – Dec 31, 2026)

Winter Rate – $400 (Jan 1 – March 31, 2027)

Final Rate – $450 (April 1 – June 17, 2027)
Option A – Fixed Payment Plan
Choose one of the following payment plans:

2-Month Plan

3-Month Plan

6-Month Plan

9-Month Plan
Your total registration fee will be divided into equal payments based on the plan you select. If your registration is not paid in full before the current registration period ends, your remaining balance will be adjusted to the next registration rate.
Option B – Flexible Payment Plan
Prefer to pay at your own pace?
You may make payments of any amount, at any time, through Zeffy.
However, if your registration is not paid in full before the current registration period ends, your remaining balance will automatically be adjusted to the next registration rate.
